Room rates

 

Classic Rooms are from US$152.00 in low season and US$160.00 in high season. Single occupancy is US$128.00 in low season and US$136.00 in high season.

Classic Rooms range between 19-24 sqm. They are situated around the palm tree and citrus courtyards. These rooms are for single or double occupancy.

 

Deluxe Rooms are from US$176.00 in low season and US$184.00 in high season. Single occupancy is US$144.00 in low season and US$152.00 in high season.

This room type varies between 16-30 sqm in size and can be found around the citrus courtyard and close to the pool.  Many of our Deluxe Rooms have a seating area, some are overlooking the citadel and others are more spacious than classic rooms and overlook the courtyards.  Deluxe rooms can accommodate up to three guests.

 

Suites are from US$224.00 all year for double or single occupancy. We have two apartments available within the hotel, which are US$232 during low season and US$245 in high season.  The Suites range between 20-42 sqm in size.  Located around the citrus courtyard and pool courtyard, many overlook the citadel and have private terraces. All Suites have hand-painted wooden ceilings in the style of historical, local artists.  The maximum number of guests the suites can accommodate up to four guests.

Reservation Policy

 

All reservations must be made directly with our reservations department in writing. Confirmation will be sent back either by facsimile or email with a confirmation number.

 

Pre-registration, late check out and day use of rooms may be arranged, and will be confirmed in writing with the hotel.

 

Reservations must always be guaranteed by a credit card, cash advance, certified check or a valid credit agreement with the hotel, the hotel will reserve the right to reject the reservation if booking is not guaranteed 30 days prior to arrival.

 

Pre-authorisation by a credit card will be requested 30 days before arrival to block an amount equal approximately to one night stay. Upon arrival at the hotel the pre-authorisation amount will be increased to the amount of the guest ‘s stay in the hotel.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If cancelled before 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees.

 

Cancellation between 29 - 7 days prior to arrival, 1st night value per reserved room will be charged.

 

Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, the full stay will be charged by the hotel.
